Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Planters Paradise Co. order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Return
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund in these cases — no return shipping charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and any items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
